WASHINGTONThe American Securities Association (ASA) today sent a letter to the House Financial Services Committee urging Congress to advance small business capital formation and e-delivery legislation.

“ASA applauds Chairman Hill and the Committee for advancing common sense measures that will ease the burden on small businesses to access our public capital markets and to streamline electronic delivery of investor information,” said ASA President and CEO Chris Iacovella. “We look forward to working with the Committee and Congress to get these bills to President Trump’s desk.”

In the letter, ASA outlined its support for the following legislation:

·    H.R. 3323, the Helping Startups Continue to Grow Act
