WASHINGTON – The American Securities Association (ASA) today released the following statement from President and CEO Chris Iacovella on the departure of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Commissioner Hester Peirce:


"Commissioner Peirce is a model public servant, and it has been a privilege to work with her across many roles over the past two decades. I wish her the best in her next venture and strongly encourage her to keep using her voice to shape our national financial services policy debates."
